If you would like to mail us a picture, we will be happy to scan the picture and return the photo with the completed order. For best results, however, we recommend digital files. Please send files in JPG or TIF format. To ensure the highest quality product, the photos should be between 150-300 dpi (dots per inch). Once a photo is selected for use in a design, there will be a small charge ($15.00) to replace and re-design the product. If sending photos from a professional photographer, please provide a release so that we can use the image. Can you change the image to black and white? Sepia? Crop? Edit? Yes! We will be happy to edit your photo. Just send us the original image and we will make the necessary changes. You will be able to proof any editing that we do so you are completely satisfied. How flexible are your designs? Our designs can be altered to meet any of your needs. Each product can be used for any occasion. For birth announcements, we can accommodate boys, girls, twins, triplets, adoptions...or any other special addition. For invitations, whatever the event, we would be happy to provide you with a unique product. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions! What kind of paper do you use? Most designs use 80-110 lb cover stock. Photos are printed directly onto cardstock, not glossy photo paper. What is your return policy? If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return the unopened and unused items within 14 days. This policy does not apply to custom orders. Can I cancel my custom order? Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product at the final proof, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Once you have given us approval for the final proof we cannot cancel the order.
